Mother Shelly, lovingly known as “Vernelia,” was born in St. Lucia and brought her island spirit to America as a teenager. From an early age, she discovered her passion for cooking while helping her mother with her catering business. She quickly learned the joy of sharing food and how it has the power to bring people together. With over 25 years in the food industry, Vernelia is the heart and flavor of our kitchen.

Her daughter, Tatyanna, carries that same passion forward in her own way. With years of experience in client relations, she brings the vision, organization, and care that ensure every customer enjoys an authentic island experience from start to finish.

Together, this mother-daughter team blends tradition, love, and hospitality—serving up St. Lucian flavors with a touch of home. 🌴✨
